How to Convert a Photo to PDF on iPhone

You can turn an iPhone photo into a PDF without installing anything: Safari alone is enough. This guide walks through exactly where to tap, using the same converter as the homepage, open directly in your iPhone's browser.

The quick way (works for most people)

If you just want a PDF from a photo already in your Camera Roll, this is the fastest path.

Open Safari on your iPhone and go to jpg-to-pdf.xyz.

Open the Photos app and find the photo you want to convert.
Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll the share sheet and tap "Print".
In the print preview, use two fingers to pinch outward (zoom in) on the page thumbnail: this opens a full-page preview.
Tap the Share icon again in that preview and choose "Save to Files": iOS saves the printable version as a PDF.

For a single quick photo with no real requirements, the Files app trick is one step shorter. For anything that needs to combine several photos, use a specific page size, or look reasonably professional (an expense report, a document scan, a form), the converter above gives you the control the built-in trick does not.

Combining several iPhone photos into one PDF

This is the case where the browser converter is clearly the better choice. Photograph each page or receipt separately in the Camera app as usual, then:

Open jpg-to-pdf.xyz in Safari and tap the upload box.
Choose "Photo Library", then select all the relevant photos at once (tap each one: iOS shows a small numbered circle marking your selection order).
Use the ↑ / ↓ buttons next to each photo in the list to fix the order if it did not come out the way you expected.

Where does the PDF end up?

Safari downloads go to the Files app by default (usually the "Downloads" folder, or wherever Safari's download setting points). From there you can share the PDF directly to Mail, Messages, WhatsApp, or any other app using the same Share icon you already use for photos: the file behaves like any other PDF on the device.
